Hysterosalpingography demonstrated classical findings of intrauterine adhesions (Asherman syndrome), the irregular filling defects in the uterine cavity.
Right tubal occlusion without intraperitoneal spillage of the contrast material.
Spillage occurs from the left tube.
Case Discussion
Multiple images from a hysterosalpingogram demonstrating irregular intrauterine filling defects due to adhesions (termed synechiae) without free spillage of contrast on the right side. Imaging appearance is characteristic of Asherman syndrome and right tubal block.
