Presentation

Infertility and history of curettage two years ago.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

Hysterosalpingography

Fluoroscopy

Hysterosalpingography demonstrated classical findings of intrauterine adhesions (Asherman syndrome), the irregular filling defects in the uterine cavity.

Right tubal occlusion without intraperitoneal spillage of the contrast material.

Spillage occurs from the left tube.

Case Discussion
