Known case of ASD.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

There is mild cardiomegaly with enlarged pulmonary conus and dilated pulmonary arteries more on the right side with peripheral pruning of pulmonary vessels. 

Case Discussion

The radiological features are compatible with the known diagnosis of an atrial septal defect (ASD) complicated with Eisenmenger syndrome.
