Attacks of headache, blurring of vision and right proptosis

Patient Data

Age: 48 years old
Gender: Female

Right frontal extra axial space occupying lesion with underlying extensive hyperostosis of the right frontal bone, it displays iso intense signal on T1, bright signal on T2, diffusion restriction on DWI, avid enhancement after contrast administration with typical dural tail sign and shows extension into the right frontal sinus.

Case Discussion

Atypical meningioma with right frontal sinus extension. Operation was done and histopathology revealed grade II meningioma.
