Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease

Both kidneys are enlarged and replaced by numerous (>20) variably-sized anechoic cysts.
Multiple simple cysts are also seen in the liver.
Case Discussion
The appearance is compatible with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease.
