Presentation

Decreased range of motion with pain during movement in both hip joints.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female

Bilaterally remodeled femoral heads with partial collapse showing areas of sclerosis and irregularity.  

Case Discussion

Features are consistent with  avascular necrosis of both femoral epiphysis.
