There is a large well-defined abnormal signal intensity structure in the left axillary region between pectoralis muscle and subscapularis muslce. It is returning high T1 and T2 signal intensities with homogenous loss of signal in fat saturation sequence.
No diffusion restriction on DWI and ADC maps.
The muscle bulk around the left shoulder joint is preserved.
Case Discussion
The features are consistent with left chest wall encapsulated lipoma.
