Chest pain.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Lungs and pleural spaces are clear. Cardiomediastinal contour is within normal limits.

Near vertical stripe projects over the lower thoracic vertebrae centrally and represents a normal finding on chest x-rays - azygo-esophageal recess
