Left proptosis

Age: 8 years old
Gender: Male
mri

There is bony deficiency of the left greater wing of sphenoid bone results in enlarged left orbital cavity (Bare orbit), abnormal attachment of the superior rectus muscle, left proptosis and buphthalmos.

Case Discussion

Bare orbit sign is suggestive of neurofibromatosis type I.
