Case contributed by Townsville radiology training
Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Past scapulectomy + RT for invasive BCC.

Patient Data

Age: 69
Gender: Male

Erosion (moth eaten appearance) of clavicle and acromion. Possibly local invasion from retained primary BCC or osteoradionecrosis.

Right upper ribs show trabecular coarsening and cortical margin irregularity; similar processes to above?

Interval progression of pleural based lesion along right chest wall since 2009. Previous MRI showed that this is peripherally enhancing lesion invading the chest wall. No histology on this lesion. Ultrasound +/- FNA/core biopsy would be required.
