Biceps pulley injury

Long head of biceps is medially subluxed but intact. Note the overlying supraspinatus expansion.
Full thickness partial width mid-to-superior subscapularis tear.
Superior glenohumeral ligament and coracohumeral ligament are edematous and mildly redundant.
Rotator interval edema.
Case Discussion
The combination of findings is suggestive of a biceps pulley injury, although typically this is best assessed arthroscopically.
