MRI pelvis shows two symmetric-sized, widely divergent uterine cavities with single cervix. Vagina appears normal. These features are consistent with bicornuate, unicollis uterus.
Both ovaries are normal.
Minimal free fluid is noted in pouch of Douglas.
Case Discussion
Bicornuate, unicollis uterus is type IVb Mullerian duct anomaly. MRI clearly demonstrates the morphology of uterine horns and cervix.
