Fluoroscopy

Hysterosalpongography shows a bicornuate uterus

Normal spillage is noted bilaterally

Case Discussion

Case of bicornuate uterus which is a Class IV mullerian duct anomaly. 

There is incomplete fusion of the cephalad extent of the uterovaginal horns with resorption of the uterovaginal septum.

A MRI would give a more detail of the zonal anatomy.
