Two separate horns of uterus with a common cervical canal. Small submucosal fibroid seen in the fundal margin of left horn.

Typical anatomic variant of uterus depicted here in this patient. Important to document and look for variants in uterine anatomy especially in infertility work up, as they are strong contributors to recurrent abortions.
