Fluoroscopy

Two separate endometrial cavities with one cervical canal are noted. Each endometrial cavity ends in a solitary fallopian tube. Normal bilateral intraperitoneal contrast spill.

Case Discussion

Bicornuate uterus which is classified as a class IV Mullerian duct anomaly which is further subdivided into class IVa with complete division up to the external os (bicornuate bicollis) and class IVb with partial division not extending to the internal os (bicornuate unicollis).
