Bicornuate uterus.
Case Discussion
Bicornuate uterus is type IV Mullerian duct anomaly. It is not a septate uterus, because it lacks persistent septum. Infertility is usually not a problem with bicornuate, in contrary, patients with septate uterus complain of infertility.
This case is contributed by Dr. Naqibullah Foladi, and Dr. Najibullah Rasouly.
