Bilaterally it's decreased the width of the plantar arch with Costa Bertani angle of 150 ° (VN <125 °). Verticalized articulation astragalus scaphoid. Valgus hindfoot and misalignment astragalus heel.

Case Discussion

When there is misalignment astragalus heel, around ten or twelve years of age, it can be corrected by surgery.
