Bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy from sarcoidosis

Bilateral enlargement of the hila in keeping with lymphadenopathy. Normal lung volumes. No signs of interstitial lung disease or consolidation. No pleural effusion. Normal heart size. Mild right hemidiaphragm eventration (longstanding).
Case Discussion
The patient was known to have sarcoidosis. This CXR shows Scadding stage 1 disease.
