Bilateral parotid gland lymphoma

Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Presents with bilateral painless neck masses.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

Enhanced CT of the neck and thorax demonstrates bilateral enlargement of the parotid glands. There are also opacification and mucosal thickening of ethmoid air cells. Several abnormal lymph nodes in the internal jugular chain bilaterally. The vocal cords are normal. There is no mediastinal lymphadenopathy or pleural effusion.

Biopsy proved diffuse large B cell lymphoma.
