Male 16 years who goes to the medical consultation of Primary Care because, in his school, they notice some difficulty, when it comes to taking the cutlery to eat and write. There was no pain or any other symptomatology. On examination, a limited supination was seen in both forearms, achieving maximum supination in an intermediate position, leaving the hands with the thumb up, causing pain when trying to supinate. Elbow flexion was normal and extension was limited by 10 °.
