Bilaterally blurred sacroiliac joint line with periarticular sclerosis, and widening. Findings correspond to New York grade III sacroiliitis.
Incidentally the left L5 transverse process is enlarged and forms a pseudoarticulation with the massa lateralis sacri (Castellvi IIa lumbosacral transitional vertebra).
