AAST grade III liver laceration involving the segment V and associated with hemoperitoneum.
Case Discussion
A case illustrating active bile leak related to the traumatic liver laceration. Most of the cases tend to resolve spontaneously, although possible complications include:
- biloma
- biliary fistula
- bilhemia
- bile peritonitis
