Straightened cervical spine with preserved alignment. Fused anterior and posterior elements of C2 and C3 vertebrae.
Mild reduction in height of C5, C6 and C7 vertebrae with anterior end plate osteophytes. Reduced C5-6 and C6-7 disc spaces.
Normal pre and paravertebral soft tissues.
