Radiopaque material (bone cement) is noted in the distal femur on its lateral aspect.
A well defined radiolucent, expansile area is noted superior to the bone cement along the lateral margin which is seen to cause cortical thinning.
Case Discussion
Case of recurrent bone tumor post excision and bone cementing.
The cementing of the cavity helps in evaluation of of its borders and thereby detection of new lytic areas/lesions.
