There is a right pseudomeningocele of CSF signal on all sequences at C6/C7, and C7/T1 with avulsion of the ipsilateral C7, and C8 nerve roots. The rotator cuff muscles are atrophied mainly the supraspinatus, infraspinatus and subscapularis (well-visualized on axial, and coronal sequences).
