Known case of lung cancer that presented with headache

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male

There are multiple ring enhancing intra and extra-axial lesions scattered at both cerebral and cerebellar hemispheres and brainstem, that elicit low signal at T1-WI and high signal intensity at T2/FLAIR sequences.
