The breasts are heterogeneously dense, which may obscure small masses (composition C).
A big, oval mass with obscured margins and density equal to the fibroglandular tissue is seen in the upper outer quadrant of the right breast.

The ultrasound (not shown) revealed a complex cyst, so puncture aspiration was done.
