Bronchial carcinoid tumor causing right lower lobe collapse

A large heterogeneous enhancing mass lesion with hyperdense foci of calcifications obliterates the right lower lobe bronchus causing partial collapse of the right lower lobe and post-obstructive bronchiectatic changes.
Peripheral ground-glass opacity in the left lower lobe superior segment.
Subpleural bullae at left lower lobe posterobasal segment.
No significant mediastinal adenopathy.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent an endobronchial biopsy. The mass started massive bleeding after biopsy and finally, lobectomy was done by the surgeons.
Histological type: Typical carcinoid tumor.
