Severe cystic bronchiectasis of the middle and right lower lobes. Mild bronchiectasis of the right upper lobe and left lower lobe.

Case Discussion

Cystic bronchiectasis is characterized by saccular dilatation of bronchi that extends to the pleural surfaces. When aggregated these may give a "bunch of grapes" like appearance.
