Presentation

Right neck of femur fracture. Pre-operative x-ray. History of smoking.

Patient Data

Age: 95 years
Gender: Female

Large mass in the right upper field with no known history of malignancy.

CT scan confirmed bronchogenic carcinoma, but the patient denied further investigation or treatment due to her age.
