Bronchopleural fistula secondary to tuberculosis

Presentation

Patient presented with dyspnea and history of pulmonary tuberculosis (15 years ago).

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

There are areas of direct bronchopleural communication associated with hydropneumothorax on the left. 

Note extensive left-sided lung destruction, and compensatory dilation of the right main pulmonary artery.
