There is a full thickness ACL tear, complete tear of superficial anterior fibers of MCL ( grade 2), mid fibers of LCL ( grade 3), partial tear of popliteus with strain pattern injury, a flipped bucket handle tear of lateral meniscus, fracture posterolateral tibial cortex with bony contusions and extensive soft tissue edema. Also seen is joint effusion, lipohemarthrosis and coexistent trochlear dysplasia.
