Presentation

Poor urinary stream. History of trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Retrograde urethrography and VCUG reveal a 13 mm stricture at the bulbar segment of the urethra. Prostatic, membranous, and penile segments appear normal.

Fractures are seen at bilateral superior and inferior pubic rami.
