Presentation

Fall on ground few hours back. Complaining of pain and swelling in posterior ankle region. Difficulty walking.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

There is a fracture of calcaneal tuberosity.

Maximum dimention of avulsed fragment is about 26 mm.

Defect is filled by hemorrhagic collection.

Achilles tendon is intact. It is attached to the avulsed fragment.
