Multiple well-defined calcific foci in the soft tissues of the buttocks.

Case Discussion

These calcified lesions in the gluteal musculature are common findings, representing granulomata from previous regular subcutaneous injections of an analgesic. The patient has a history of chronic pain from a prior leg injury from a car crash when she was younger.
