Left ventricular myocardial calcification, surgical clips both axillae, lungs clear, no pleural effusion.

Calcified apical/septal left ventricular infarct containing thrombus. Coronary atherosclerotic calcifications, LAD stent. Thrombosed left axillary femoral bypass graft, thrombosed aorta below the level of the renal arteries.
Case Discussion
The most common cause of a cardiac mass is thrombus. In this case, thrombus has formed subjacent to an LAD distribution infarct at least in part due to stasis of flow in an area of cardiac akinesis.
