Camptodactyly

There is a flexion contracture at the PIP joint of the 5th digit bilaterally, consistent with camptodactyly.
Case Discussion
This patient's camptodactyly is likely sporadic and congenital in etiology. There is no known association between DiGeorge syndrome and camptodactyly.
