Decompensated heart failure

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

Examination shows mild bilateral pleural effusion. Diffuse and bilateral perilymphatic interlobular septal thickening in pattern consistent with interstitial edema. Mediastinal lymphadenopathy, common finding in patients with pulmonary edema. Moderate cardiomegaly.

Compromise in peri-lymphatic interstitial pattern consistent with interstitial edema.
