Carotid space lymphoma

Large well-defined, solidly enhancing mass within the left carotid space. It displaces the carotid vessels medially and effaces the internal jugular vein. It shows quite pronounced diffusion restriction suggesting a high cellularity tumor such as lymphoma rather than schwannoma.

After lymphoma treatment the mass has resolved with minor residual scar tissue and narrowing of the internal jugular vein.
