There is a well-defined lobulated lesion in the left temporal lobe of low signal onT1WI with foci of high signal, high signal on T2WI with hypointense peripheral rim, and signal loss (blooming effect) on susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI). The postcontrast sequence shows a mild enhancement. No surrounding edema or mass effect was seen.
