Cranial nerve palsies.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Large pontine cavernous malformation demonstrating fluid-fluid levels and surrounding edema in keeping with episodic hemorrhage. Additional regions of signal loss suggest this patient is likely to have multiple cavernoma syndrome
