Incidental small cavum septum pellucidum, in an otherwise normal brain. 

Case Discussion

Not that it matters, but often folk describe cavum vergae as cavum septum pellucidum rather than cavum septum pellucidum and (et) vergae. I suppose it just depends how much being known as a pedant bothers you.
