Celery stalk sign in ACL mucoid degeneration

Note the thickened high signal ACL consistent with mucoid degeneration. Fibers can nonetheless be seen in continuity (best seen in sag PD). This feature has been likened to the appearance of celery and is therefore known as the celery stalk sign.
