Postoperative changes are seen in sella seen with fat packing.
Central pontine and anterior temporal hyperintensities seen suggesting myelinolysis.
Case Discussion
Central pontine myelinolysis and extrapontine myelinolysis have a known association with hypothalamo-pituitary dysfunction. Both conditions are now grouped under the term osmotic demyelination syndrome.
