Normal volunteer.

Axial 3D IR-FSPGR depicting loss of gray-white at the central sulcus. Note the more striking gray-white anterior and posterior to the central sulcus.

In addition to loss of gray-white at the central sulcus, one can note the thicker cortex anteriorly and thinner posteriorly.

Though more subtle, the finding is still definitely present in this case.
