Cerebellar hemorrhage

There is a rounded hyperdense lesion with mild surrounding edema in keeping with intracerebellar bleeding, which empties into the fourth ventricle, without causing obstructive hydrocephalus. Incidentally there is a cavum vergae. The rest of the examination shows no other significant abnormality.
