Computed tomography reveals a rounded hyperdense lesion with mild surrounding edema in the left cerebellar hemisphere.

Case Discussion

The case represents cerebellar hemorrhage in a known hypertensive.

In the posterior fossa hypertensive bleeds classicially occur in or around the dentate nucleus.
