Focal and curvilinear hypodensities noted throughout the brain in a watershed distribution are presumably arterial in origin. 

Case Discussion

This patient demonstrates the result of intra-arterial air embolus. The exact cause is uncertain etiology. Multiple lines venous and arterial lines were however present.
