Patient presenting with spontaneous cortical subarachnoid hemorrhage.

Susceptibility arterfact seen in convexity leptomeninges in keeping with subarachnoid hemorrhage. One of the causes of convexity SAH is amyloid angiopathy. See other typical microhemorrhages elsewhere.
