Presentation

Altered state of consciousness. Psychomotor agitation. Stroke suspected.

Subarachnoid hemorrhage. Frontal intraparenchymal hematoma with rupture into the ventricular system. Left rounded density that suggests aneurysm formation with acute rupture.

Case Discussion

Known middle cerebral artery aneurysm. Old craniotomy.
