Presentation
Severe headache for 20 days
Patient Data
An acute intraventricular hemorrhage involving the left lateral ventricle is noted.
On CTA, There are multiple, tortuous, serpiginous, enhancing vessels in the left parietal lobe resulting in a mass formation. The feeding vessels arise from branches of MCA and ACA and large vein draining into superior sagittal sinus.
Anterior and middle cerebral arteries are well opacified showing normal anatomy.
No evidence of segmental stenosis or dilatation. No atherosclerotic plaque or thrombosis is seen.
